A list of non-function features in Taiwan

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
This is meant to keep track of features that are supposed to work but not yet enabled. Features unavailable to the Taiwanese spec cars will not be included (for example, the browser).

Please add to this list if you see anything missing.

For now (2/26/2017), one month after delivery, the following features are yet to be implemented:

Auto pilot/TACC (DS mentioned June)
Navigation (DS thinks end of March)
Rain Sensing Wipers (?)

You have AP2.0, correct? Are there AP1.0 cars in Taiwan which might have these features enabled? Would be interesting to see a video of how well autopilot does with the traffic flow in Taiwan.

I have AP 2.0 correct. All the cars sold in Taiwan by Tesla have AP 2.0 hardware. There are some private imports before Tesla started selling here and they have AP 1.0 hardware. I believe they do function in Taiwan currently.

Good thread.

Adding Spotify or some equivalent music service, although they have flip flopped so many times on this I don't know what we will get anymore, if anything.

Auto pilot/TACC (DS mentioned June)
Summon (?)
Navigation (DS thinks end of March)
Rain Sensing Wipers (?)
Spotify or some equivalent music service

Latest that I've heard:

Auto pilot/TACC (OA advised mid April)
Auto parking (same time as AP?)
Summon (?)
Navigation (OA advised mid April)
Rain Sensing Wipers (AP HW2 no yet implemented worldwide?)
Auto high beam (?)
Spotify (no ETA, not being actively worked on)
