Just wanted to warn those traveling, that the weather in Monterey is not what one from out of town might expect. Growing up in the East Coast I thought it was always hot and Sunny in CA. Weather this week in Monterey is predicted to be in the 50's to 70's deg F (14-22C). With the coastal fog and sea breeze it can feel cooler than that, so plan accordingly.
I suspect the expo will be outside like last year, and last year there were some tables outside for sitting, so if you don't plan on hiding in the hotel all weekend, probably good idea to being light jacket.
