About to private purchase, MyTesla details missing?

After 7 years of day dreaming every single day I'm so close to finally owning a Tesla. It is a 2017 Model S 90D and I'm about to private purchase on a great deal from a friend.

He purchased the car from someone else when it was 6 months old at 2000km. Got the ownership transferred to his account and app is working flawlessly. Now I'm about to purchase it and I've had way too many questions for him. So to cut corners I asked for his Tesla account e-mail/pass.

However now I can't see the details of the Model S (like Supercharging status, invoice for full options list etc.) because when I cilck on 'Manage' I get a Thank you for signing the lease prompt and then I get a blank page. Attached are the screenshots. Anyone else experienced this? How do I solve it?

I think the legal owner of the car (him, right now) would have to contact Tesla to see what the issue is. By the time they fix it though, you might already be the new owner, haha. If the app is working fine for him, then it's probably just a clerical error by someone during the first owner's purchase.
