Ac works but no heat

My air blows ice cold, so all good now for the summer but My model S has no heat. In early spring I bought a plug in car defroster at walmart to get by until fall. Well falls upon us im affriad to see what’s wrong and what the cost will be. Im out of warranty. Strange that the AC works fine tho. Anyone see this before?

So they are upgrading an replacing my screens to mcu2. I doubt this will fix me no heat problem but.
