My access to having a Model 3 parked in my driveway is denied, same as the last 2 years. I have full access to my Tesla account on the website telling me this.
probably just the updating the authentication used for the web portal.
The app will use a web service so will likely use a different authentication service.
I've been getting this Access Denied message for Tesla.com for quite some time now (at least since around when this thread was created). It seems to only happen on my Chrome browser at home or on my work laptop. However, I am able to get around it by using incognito mode. Clearing the cache/everything doesn't seem to fix it. The icing on the cake is that it provides a specific email address (which I sent the error code) and I never received any response. Then I sent an email to [email protected] and that got ignored, too. Has anyone been able to overcome this issue? What was the workaround? Since Tesla has ignored both my emails, is there another route I should take to get this addressed?
