Use site service.tesla.cn, check that you have country set to china and then create the account.
2nd screen fill some extra details.
After that it'll likely go to your local region, then press sign-in and use those credentials you just created.

I'm not going to suggest that circumventing the paywall with a loophole is wrong, per se, but if anyone can do it, then everyone can do it, and Tesla will ultimately need to crack down on the freeloaders.

But Tesla could also retaliate. Don't think so? Ask Rich Rebuilds for his referral code...
