Accessories Included in new Tesla model S

Hi

I had delivery of my new Tesla Model S last week (Europe) and obviously very happy with it. I only have one question which occurred to me at the time of delivery. When the Tesla employee was giving me the full instruction on how to use the car, he mentioned the monitor cleaning cloth was not in the car and he brought one for me. He also while checking the car, realised the type 2 trave cable was also missing and as they did not have it in stock, they promised to send it to me by post. Then I asked the guy if anything else was missing and he said no. My question to all owners in this forum is what accessories did you have in your new car (I understand this might be different from one region to another). I am surprised why them do not list all items they should deliver in the manual. These days when you even buy a mobile phone, at the beginning of the manual there is a list of items included in the box and I can't understand why a car costing over 100 grand cannot have the same. There is not even a logbook and nice leather booklet for service record etc... which you normally find in all luxury cars.

These are the items I have received with my car and I will be grateful if you see any items missing from the list or any items you received and it is not listed here:

1- A monitor cleaning cloth
2- A small A5 size black paper folder with a quick guide for Tesla
3- Two adaptors to add either lightning cable or mini USB to the USB port.
4- An Emergency pack (in Frunk) including some first aid items, towing bar, triangle and emergency jacket
5- A type 1 travel cable. Type 2 was missing!

Please let me know if anything is missing here. Thank you.

Many thanks

Kind regards

Back in November 2012 there were plenty of booklets and an owner's manual in the glovebox.

Your list of items doesn't surprise me. Cloth, Quick Guide, and USB phone adapters are standard in the US.

Both the 2016 X and 2017 S purchases had no emergency pack here. There is a Model S/X Mobile Connector Bundle with the NEMA 5-15, 14-50 adapters and a Model S/X/3 SAE J1772 Charging Adapter. Also a tow hook is included to attach to the front of the vehicle if needed.

The owner's manual is accessible from the touchscreen and from the Tesla.com website when signing in to your "Tesla Account" and clicking the "Manage" button near the VIN number for your vehicle.

While Tesla doesn't put much in the glovebox anymore, you will have more room for personal items. Enjoy your new Tesla!

Except for 4) (I assume these are mandatory items in Europe) the list matches closely what was in my car upon delivery. Since I opted for PUP the Delivery Specialist asked me if I have an iPhone or Android, so they can mount the proper charging thingy in the car. The other one was in the glove compartment.
