I guess it makes sense that they are not producing more cars for Canada. They do have to sort out all the cancellations and see what demand is after that... but sucks to be left out haha

They are making cars for Canada. The changes for the vehicle for import are minimal. They are selling cars wherever people are buying. It's easier and faster to ship cars straight up North than to Florida so don't consider the logistics of it either.
 
Does anyone else still have an issue when they click on 'Manage' within their account. Mine still says "Service Temporarily Unavailable" and that's from last Friday! I called them and they stated their IT was working on it but it has been a week! Also did people with orders receive an email in regards to the white interior option? They stated it was sent out but I never received it.

I have no problems with my account. Did not get a white interior invite. I don't see why they would offer that to those that have already configured unless it was a general email like an announcement that they white is now an option.

Thanks for reply, just seems really odd that I can't see my order page anymore. She seemed to mention that an email went out about that option but I do not know what it stated. She said she could change my config to that option but I do not want it anyhow, just was curious.
 
Mine still works as well. Because I told them I was going with BCAA for insurance (instead of Bel Air) my heading states that
"A specialist will contact you within 48 hours." No one ever did. I called the centre and they stated that it was for if I had any question. So it's just the waiting game now...

BCAA was cheaper? are you an existing member with BCAA?

‘A delivery experience specialist is reviewing your changes and will contact you prior to delivery’

Guessing they were getting slack about the 48 hours message?
 
Yes, I got the same change this morning as well....Maybe I didn't notice before, but there is also the option to download the Tesla app that seems more prominent (if it was there before). Hopefully this is a sign things are progressing...

If you didn't have to make any changes to the sections then you wouldn't have seen it. Some people had to change from their insurance or financing method. At this point, the message about "A specialist will contact you within 48 hours" will be shown instead of Thank You for confirming.

Looks like the page updated again and now with an "overview" button below "A delivery experience specialist is reviewing your changes and will contact you prior to delivery".

My Tesla app is now initialized. It now has the short intro videos that's on the main website....I never used to be able to log in before....

it's been like that for a few weeks. I think it was around the time they announced the referral for 3P order will get lifetime SC. That's where i found my referral code before the webpage update.
