Accurate charge time calculator?

    I'd be interested if there is an accurate charge time calculator. The charging curve is non-linear therefore it takes a different time if one charges from 0 remaining range to 100 km or from 400 km remaining range to 500 km (max NEDC range). It would be very useful to have in planning longer trips and with various charging options (CHAdeMO, 3x32A Type-II, 3x16A Type-II, Supercharger at various max power). One can right now only do back of the napkin calculations, but some online calculator or decent route planner (outside US also) would be nice.

    An added boon would be outside temperature factoring as I assume charging at -30C and +30C take different amounts of time due to need to either heat/cool the battery pack.
