Anyone ordered AP after delivery? What's the process like, what are the delays, how much, and how can we do it? I saw some references to some button on the My Tesla webpage, but I can't see anything. Is it even possible in Canada?

Someone related, has anyone got the AP Free Eval in Canada ? (I know summon is not available in Canada).

I believe I got the firmware today. I haven't installed it yet as there is no way to delay the free trial once it's installed, only to cancel it. I may not install it for a while!
