Adding an additional driver for the Tesla App (via LeasePlan or similar)

I am having a real problem trying to get my wife added to the Tesla App and hoping someone here might be able to help me find a point of escalation, failing that some sympathy :).

Some background:
  • Company Car via LeasePlan.
  • I am the main driver and have access to the TeslaApp
  • I can login to the Tesla Account online but as the car is a company car via LeasePlan I can't add an additional driver online.
  • I have an email from LeasePlan to Tesla ([email protected]) authorising them to add my wife
  • I have also provided Tesla with the Vin, V5 logbook.
I have phoned Tesla and emailed Account Support and London Park Royal many times and I can't even get a response to my query. On the last call to London Park Royal on Friday they said it would be actioned by the end of the day. this did not happen.

Any advice?
