Adding Tow Package to 2020 Model X - OEM vs aftermarket options

I recently purchased a 2020 Model X Long Range Plus and it does not have a tow hitch. I would like the option to be able to take bikes on a road trip. Has anyone added it after owning the car? What should I expect to pay, and is it best to go to Tesla for this, or find an aftermarket option?

I believe all MX's have a tow package, but the previous owner may not have passed on the receiver. It connects up into the body, so not obvious if not on. It really depends what you are going to tow. It is fine for small trailers, but if you are looking to tow a boat or travel trailer any distance, there are aftermarket hitches that are a lot better. There are many posts here about them on TMC including photos. Takes a bit to install. You should be able to find them with some searches.
