Tesla Motors Club
Does anyone see any possibility for Tesla to do any major upgrades to the external sensors of the cars? Things like better/more cameras, ultrasonics, radar, lidar (haha with Elon I don't think that's going to happen). What do you think will the the most likely thing to happen? Where would some additional and/or improved stuff help the most?
Note: this question is with the understanding that the cybertruck and the semi are going to need more sensors and such than the S3XY
I do wish something could be done about the rear camera if possible, as when it rains it isn't the clearest thing to see out of; not sure how much that affects autonomy though...
