Does anyone know how to adjust speed up and down while using TACC with the new stalk that combines PNRD and AP?

I think you are in the wrong forum, as that is a Model 3 stalk. And my guess is that the speed is adjusted with the scroll wheels on the steering wheel or on the 15" touch screen.

Shouldn't it be able to work the same, though? If you're driving over a certain speed (or really any speed over zero) where TACC can be enabled, it could read the up/down as increment/decrement speed versus "drop it in reverse on the highway."

No because up once would be Neutral, which you have to be allowed to.

The stalk should have 4 possible motions: Clockwise and counter-clockwise around the steering column and up and down in the same direction as the column. From what I read it seems the AP and TACC are activated in the same direction as D, clockwise. Perhaps once you are in D one tap is TACC and two is for AP. Perhaps increasing or decreasing the TACC set points might be be in the up and down directions. But I am wondering if anyone knows.
