Looks like Tesla is starting to reduce prices on some new/inventory cars with "adjustments." Just got off the phone with a rep who offered the following:
S75--2017 Inventory-- Dark Gray-- AP2-- 50 Miles-- Panoroof(I may have misheard this and she said glass)-- for 70,700 minus $1,000 adjustment and $1,000 referral code. Interestingly, the car is in a different state however she offered to waive the $2,000 destination fee. Not bad.
However, the car will not come with the recent added standard equipment - Smart Air Suspension, LED fog lights, three-position LED turning headlights, lighted door handles and ambient interior lighting, and may not even come with the improved 0-60 in 4.3 seconds upgrade.
Not sure those discounts are enough to convince one to go inventory over build your own.
