Depending on your SC, they may be able to get you in for a pre-repair inspection during your return window (I would do that through the delivery manager, making it clear that you're evaluating whether to keep the car or return it). In my case, I had a laundry list of concerns and they scheduled me for this inspection on very short notice. The tech went over them with me and confirmed, in writing, everything that would be addressed when I came back for my drop-off, which was long after the return deadline. They had a loaner MS waiting for me on the day of the appointment and, three days later, I got my car back with all the major issues remedied (new trunk hatch, new headliner, new visor, new trim clips, realigned doors).
Interestingly enough, I was told that the local SC has a few end-of-assembly-line workers on loan from Fremont right now, which is how they are able to turn cars around quickly (they seemed quite busy). Also, my trunk hatch wasn't nearly as misaligned as yours seems to be, but it actually turned out to have a stamping defect, which resulted in two noticeable creases above the driver-side taillight. The new one is smooth and much more symmetrical.
