Advise on aftermarket 20 inch wheels + lowering

Hi-- I'm new to the site having recently ordered a Model 3 LR. Delivery is due in February. I've always found the styling a little conservative but have seen images of (most seem to be in the US) cars with lowered suspension and aftermarket wheels.

Just seeing if any UK owners have modified their cars this way? Would be really interested to see what choices, views and most importantly photos!

We have ordered a pearl white car.
