Aero wheel covers on or off?

I took the wheels off completely and replaced them with some aftermarket turbine-style wheels. The aeros got snow tires put on them and they'll go back on the car in November sometime. The aero covers will likely go on to help keep snow buildup minimised.

I do not like the look of the aerowheels, but I prefer the efficiency since I have a SR+. I just added stickers:

Remove, get the cap kit from Tesla.... ends up with (IMHO) a vastly better looking wheel than the 19/20" factory options.

I'm probably in the minority, but to me the wheel looks unfinished. I was going to pull the Aeros but the more I saw 3's with the covers of (with Cap Kit), the more it drove me to keep the Aeros.

They sure as hell are ugly though. Great engineering is all well and good but in a vehicle, it should be supplemented with style too.

The aero wheels scream "functional" but at the cost of form, sadly.

While certainly not the sexiest thing out there, they look good to me. The primary reason for my preference is that it is unique - there's really not a lot like this out there.

But I am someone who cares more about upgrades that benefit ME and my driving experience and not what others looking at my car think.
