@Austindude, thank you so much for the photos. IMO the chrome lugs look great on the tire photo, but I personally don't think they work as well with the whole car. Obviously it's totally subjective, but your photos helped me decide on the black covers for my ensemble. This forum is great for this stuff!

Thanks for sharing, I picked one up in preparation for Model 3.
Still have that minimum 8 week wait for the caps/lug nuts from Tesla.

Since I have ordered these with no car to put them on, I am not sure what to do with them when they arrive (likely before the car does...)

I would suggest setting them aside somewhere? They're a bunch of small parts. Wouldn't think the packaging would take up much space.

Yes. Make sure it is centered and a quick sharp yank.

Very nice. Which chrome lug nuts did you use? Does the aero cover still fit on with the taller lugs?

I'm thinking of going with chrome lugs and a chrome or silver center cap.

I ordered my cheap lug nuts from eBay, $15 delivered,
20 Piece 14x1.5 Lug Nuts Chrome BULGE Acorn Lugs 13/16" Head Wheel Nuts | eBay

I doubt the Aero covers would work over them but honestly I didn't try that. Might order some locking lug nuts if I can find something that matches.

I was figuring on just buying/ordering ones from the tesla service center. Don't have my car just yet and I believe you need to have a VIN to order parts. Here is the only photo of seen with this configuration:

Also, I'm thinking of getting red lug nut covers to match our red paint.

If you are looking to buy and install the Tesla Model 3 Wheel Locks, know that the lug nut covers fit perfectly over the wheel locks (versus the MX wheel locks that can't fit a lug nut cover over them). Picture below.
