Aero Wheels - Old vs New - will they fit on a M3P+?

Hey gang,

Here's the scoop. Just compared what I could find online regarding the change to the new 18" Aero Wheels. It's obvious they've changed the design some. Now, my hope and desire is that they will now fit on the M3P+ to run in the winter season up here in Minnesnowta.

Here are the pics I've found - does anyone have access to specs?

I'm curious if the new aero covers will fit on the old aero rims.
I really like the new ones better. I would definitely consider getting a new set of covers, but wouldn't want to buy new rims.

Rims look just different enough that my hopes aren't very high.

The clips look basically the same as the old cover.

New ones actually look more modern and sleek.

On another note, this set comes with ble (assuming Bluetooth Low Energy) tpms.

I think you are right either way. The drop down offers both Refresh M3 w/ Chrome delete and BLE and Pre-Refresh M3 wheels.

The new aero covers do fit on the original wheels. It's the TPMS that is not compatible with the older Model 3's.

Cracked one of my old style 18" Aero wheels and found a new style Aero wheel for a good price. Anyone know if the wheels between generations are compatible? I'm looking to buy just the new style wheel and put the old tire and TPMS on the new wheel.
