I called an actual human at my local showroom, and learned that when scheduling a service visit from the app, someone reviews it and can get more information to make decisions. So I went through it again, and this time it actually had mobile service as an option. I scheduled a service and got a message fairly quickly asking for some basic information, where I responded that it was not a car problem. Next message said they would send the information to the app team, and cancel the service. So now I will wait and see if the app team ever contacts me, as I didn't give the details, only that there was a bug in the latest version.
