after transfer owner , my car get blocked from update

my store so long )

i bougt slav car from usa tesla model X and send it to ukraine and we fix it there and work 100/100 and i resister it and all ok

first i transfer ownership to work app and all ok they active it and work fine >>>

but i didnt get any update >>> today i text usa tesla they told me restart and other think but not working after that they told me to call Tesla EU

i called tesla UK and they told me after ownership transfer i must to sign some paper to my card unlock and get update and they told me it's take one week to get this doc to sign it online >>>

anyone get somethink like that or only me

I did not know from your original posts that this was a salvage car...
I thought you purchased a new US car and transported it to Ukraine.
This will be extra strange because generally everything is different for EU cars.
Please correct me if I am misunderstanding you now.
Generally on a salvage car there is NO SUPPORT from Tesla.
They are pretty firm on this...
If they say they will activate after you sign a card,
by all means sign the card... You will be very lucky.

yes car was crased and i ship if from usa to ukraine and we are fix it and now work fine and i resister it here and all ok
they make transfer owner and app work but i hope to get update soon >>
yes all tesla in ukraine is from usa >> and 95% is slave from usa
