Hello I'm looking for wheels for a 3P. I've picked out these aftermarkets -

Backspacing: 6.13
Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5
Offset: 35mm
Wheel Diameter: 19
Wheel Width: 8.5
Hub Bore: 73.10
Wheel Exposed Lugs: Yes
Wheel Material: Rotary Forged
Wheel Structure: One Piece
Wheel Spoke Number: 5

Will I need hub rings? If so, what size?

Yes, you will. You need to get to Tesla's 64.1 hub bore size.

Hub rings aren't really necessary, as they bear no load. They just help you center your wheels while mounting. The same result is easily accomplished via careful progressive tightening of the lug nuts.

If you're paying some store to mount your wheels for you - ask them if they require hub rings.

As an FYI "rotary forged" is not actually forged. It's just a spin cast wheel

I have probably 200k miles on various vehicles with aftermarket wheels and no hub-centric rings. Everything from little turbo MR2s to 4Runners on mud tires. As mentioned, just be even a little deliberate about progressively tightening the lugs in a star pattern, and the wheels will center just fine.
