Aftermarket Raven Motor

I have a Model S that does not have the new Raven motor. I was wondering if I anyone can (either Tesla or someone else) can do an aftermarket installation. If so does anyone know the approximate cost?

No one does that. It will be difficult at best. It should be easier to sell and buy a new Raven Tesla.

The permanent magnet front motor requires significantly different software to run. If someone managed to do this they would be scrapping the battery/powertrain warranty at best.
I used to heavily modify my vehicles but this is not a good idea, maybe in 5-10years when out of warranty and Ravens are sitting in the junkyard to be scavenged, but today, I would say wait till the Ravens hit the used market.
