Air Conditioning Condenser

The SC have advised that the AC condenser is cracked and requires replacement along with the drier as the system is not functioning.

Quoted cost for parts are expensive at over £700 GBP! Plus 2 hours labour.

Are they Roadster specific or generic (Lotus) such that an independent AC specialist could sort?

AC repair is always expensive, this sounds cheap to me

Unfortunately I would be surprised if it was a generic AC unit as most are driven by a belt and clutch. The Roadster uses high voltage To power it’s compressor. As for the cost it seems reasonable.
