I'm used to driving a VW Tiguan SEL with the sport suspension. The X air suspension seems to be tuned about the same. As with the Tiguan, it's a bit harsh at slow speed on rough roads but is quite nice at highway speeds. I have the 20" standard factory wheels and keep the tires at about 44psi.
Definitely not a luxury ride, but I didn't want to drive a boat and would rather have the better handling at the higher speeds. Overall I have no complaints.
