Alerts to iPhone problem

My wife and I share my Tesla account username and password. She gets push alerts on her iPhone (charging complete, update available, etc). These alerts do not come to my iPhone. I've checked my Notification alerts, toggled them on/off...nothing seems to help.

Any advice for getting push alerts on both iPhones? Should we stop sharing credentials and create a Tesla account for her?

Did you figure this out? I have the same issue and have not received notifications for as long as I can remember but my wife’s phone does.

My wife and I share an account with iPhones and do not have a problem. I am the principal driver so have all of the notifications turned on my phone and only alarms on hers, but both phones work fine.
