Can anyone direct me on how to file a complaint to corporate? Im beyond frustrated at recent service.
I went from being a happy 6 year tesla customer to wanting to sell my plaid and cancel my pending orders.
Problems started after the corner of my tire wore through at 12k miles. I purchased new tires had them balanced and installed and drove to Tesla service for an alignment in hopes to keep these tires from wearing uneven like the last. Left the service center with a very strange noise. This is only the beginning of the story and long before I was a dissatisfied customer.
