Tesla Motors Club

Hi, I left my new model 3 (500 miles) at home, and only drove my model X around for the past few months.

The batteries in my model 3 are all dead. I tried to get the frunk to open by connecting a 12v charger to the hidden wires behind the tow hook cover. I got a small clicking sound (I’m guessing it’s trying to open), but it’s not opening. It’s a small click I’m hearing, not the usual louder actuator sound.

I called Tesla and they just told me to tow it to them. I’d rather not tow the car until all else fails. Can anyone help? Thanks
