It cracks me up that TSLAQ folks held up Nikola as a shining beacon on the hill when it was 10x worse than everything they imagined was going on at Tesla.

In brief, while Milton claimed a family history of oppression, telling the judge he was one-quarter Cherokee through his maternal grandmother, records show that his ancestors all self-identified as white, with a history of slave ownership in the lead up to the Civil war.
Overall, Milton’s sentencing speech fit perfectly with his pattern. As we wrote in our Nikola report, he “lies like most people breathe”.We expect Milton will begin lying again the minute he gets out—he seems to know little else. At least the world will get a 4-year break."
