All new cars sold in U.S. will have a standard rearview camera by 2018

Do you think that this will lead to the requirement for replacement of wind mirrors with camera's?

IMO it will not be compulsory replacement of wind mirrors with cameras but at least on some brand cars (hopefully Tesla) wind mirrors will be replaced with cameras.
