Allow Tesla to sell directly to the consumer - Target: State and Fed Rep’s!!

Greetings All -
Like many of us, I was happy to sign the White House Petition that gathered over 100K signatures. That victory was short lived when I learn the President of the US has little influence over our local State and Federal representatives on how they allow themselves to be influenced by the Auto Dealers Assoc. This did not sit well with me and I went about to find a petition vehicle that is aimed directly at all of our State and Federal representatives.

After signing this petition (http://chn.ge/14v2LLB ) your voice and opinion is sent to your State's House and Senate Representative - directly!

If the President of the United States has little influence over these folks - then how about the people who voted them in, and who has the power to vote them out.

Need your help and that of your network of friends and associates.

I wrote to all my representatives (I am in Texas) about supporting Tesla direct sales. I got a custom signed letter back from my state rep Paul Workman that he apposed it and shut it down in committee.... +1 point for being upfront, -1000 points for being on the wrong side of the issue. Strange...
