Alloy touch up pen

I’ve curbed both wheels on the passenger side, which happened in the first few weeks of ownership. Haven’t done it again since.

The marks don’t bother me much but I wonder if anyone has had success with a alloy touch up pen? If so, what brand/colour did you go for?

I found this colour discussed on the US forum with mainly positive views.

I didn’t get around to do the work this weekend so can’t comment on colour match.

Think aero's have stayed the same colour, it's the non aero 20 performance ones which have gone darker

I used Tesla Sonic Carbon on my Aug 19 Model 3 18" aeros. It is a little light. I'm waiting for the Ford Dark Shadow Gray Cx.

You should only judge the colour match and not my skills at hiding the curb rashes.

I can confirm the Ford Dark Shadow Gray CX was a perfect match for my M3, which was delivered in March. I bought off ebay.

Any idea of the way to fix curb rash on the 19" wheels? I have done it to both rear alloy wheels.

Standard wheels on the M3 LR.

I got round to the work today. From my POV, the Ford Dark shadow gray is a great match.

Been idle and just got around to it. The Ford Dark Shadow Gray CX is a much better match than the Tesla Sonic Carbon. It looks a bit dull though so I will leave it a day and then apply a coat of lacquer.

I ordered what is supposedly the Ford colour from eBay, and it's a bit too dark. Close, but no cigar.
