Almost a year old but seats are showing wear, is this normal?

I noticed these small spots while I was cleaning my interior the other day. Has anyone else experienced early wear like this? The spots are small but I am obviously worried about them growing over time. Car was delivered new in Dec 2020.

I checked how I sit in my seat and it doesn't appear that the seat belt or my pants rub against this spot, maybe from getting in and out a few times a day..

3/2020 m3p+ drivers seat still looks good. no such issues as you depict. i drive my car usually 6 days a week.

Nope, mine is from June 2020 and has like 38000 miles. The seats are fine. I really think it depends on if something is rubbing in that spot all the time.
