You can still order, I did, and he'll either ship the accelerator and brake now and the dead pedal later (by late Jan) or you can have him wait to ship them all at once.

I managed to get an OEM brake & accelerator (used the part numbers and ordered them as accessories just after I'd placed the order for my 90D) but bought the dead-man from Jerry. Easy to install and completes the set nicely.
