The AM Radio antenna is in the rear window. On the left side of the lift gate you can pop off the trim.
There is an amplifier / combiner with two mini coax connectors, Tan and Grey. The tan one is the AM Radio.
If you unplug it the radio signal goes dead. The screw clamp is the ground. You can remove and replace it to be sure you have a good metal ground. It will help improve the reception. The ground / fastener clamp makes metal contact on the inside (out of sight), so wiggle it before re-tightening it in place.
