Amp install in refreshed '21

Anyone have suggestions on installing an amp and sub on a refreshed '21? Since it has the lithium 12V I assumed there are challenges compared to a normal installation but don't know that to be true.

Bonus if any one has a trusted installer in the Nashville area.

Thanks

I’m awaiting delivery but my shop said that they’ll need to install a voltage regulator to get a 12v line because system only provides 15-16v line now (and it apparently doesn’t switch off when car sleeps).

I just did a full system install in my 18 model 75 D model .My installer was able to keep everything stock looking by using that empty compartment in the back…I have 2 lithium batteries in series powering the system with no issues. The system plays extremely loud and sounds 100 times better than the stock system.

It's nice but the the refresh 21 has a different battery with the lithium 12v which has me concerned on what needs to be done different with the install.

It kept killing my battery in my 22 performance. Did they ever figure it out and install the voltage regulator successfully? My rockford Fosgate is only compatible with 14.4volts so we're thinking about installing a step down converter and extra battery for the subwoofer.

Here’s my gear I have for my 21 Plaid only need to build a custom enclosure and wire things up. I just need to know what others have done as far as adding the 14V battery to step down the voltage. Anyone get this resolved? I know there’s a XS power but that thing is $1000. Anyways has anyone come up with a solution?
