Humm, but if I understand the article correctly, that's only for busyness vehicles, right ?
Do you know anything about grants/tax credit outside A'dam ?

Correct, it's for businesses only.

We have no VAT exception for EV's, but EV's in Holland are except from BPM (up to 40%) and 'bijtelling' (up to 25%).

And exempt from road tax too I believe.

We will not have to pay the VAT, my wife works for an international organization :)
