Android app won't connect

The last time my Android app connected to my car was over 2 weeks ago. Since then I've rebooted the phone and the car with no luck. Weirdly I can still open the front trunk with the app but nothing else works.

Has anyone else seen this? Pixel 3 running Android 10. Is it related to the new OS?

All the app says is "Updated on Sep 1, 2019" and the ball spins while it tries to connect.

I had the same problem, likely started during the Tesla server problems on Labor Day weekend.

Min finally cleared, a week later, after I told my app to log out, and then logged in fresh.

Do a Settings - Sign Out, and after you log in again, the car connects after a few minutes - if you've got the same problem I had.

I had the same issue this morning with the app on a Pixel XL2, and logging out and back in resolved it. Thanks!

same here now while I was @ SC. Have to log out I guess ??
