Another car caused me to go off the road, damage question

I was driving home today and this car came around the corner driving too fast and was in my lane. I had to swerve a little and my tires fell off the side of the road. This is the only damage I could find. The driver just kept going obv. What should I do about this? Is this worth having fixed or what?

Yeah, just some paint scraped off the sway bar.

Get some high temperature Rustoleum BBQ spray paint and use that to touch up....
