Another Test Drive

Is anyone thinking about doing another test drive since they removed radar?

The MY I originally test drove had radar. A couple of days after I placed my deposit, Tesla announced that they were removing radar. The lane assist/ cruise control is what really sold me on the MY.

I’m thinking about going on another test drive next week.

No point since autopilot still generally works well. Also, radar will be deactivated soon for all cars

Seems a waste of time...no change in car performance w/o radar. Haven't seen any reports of anyone returning their camera-only cars since the change took place.

@merlin1 you haven't seen reports of anyone returning their Tesla vehicles for several months, as they changed the policy last year...late summer I think. Once you've clicked accept or signed the physical paper, that car is yours with no ability to return it.
