Petersen with his spin: Tesla's Balance Sheet Is Worse Than I Expected - Seeking Alpha
It will be a thrilling spectacle for children of all ages but I'm not willing to give 50:1 odds that Tesla will pull it off without a hitch and deliver 5,000 EVs per quarter when all of the other EV manufacturers combined are having a hard time getting to 7,500 units a year.
We already know that the Model S doesn't have a hitch. We'll have to wait for the Model X to do our towing....:wink:Then, Tesla doesn't need to build them without hitches: that's what the current Q3 slow ramp-up is for, to deal with all those little problems. Elon said more than a hundred. This is not a we-think-there-wont-be-a-single-problem operation. They allocated a full 3 months to deal with resolving the problems. Part of the advantage of a slow ramp-up is that you won't need huge recalls if any are necessary.
It's good for JP that blogging exists so he has something to do after failing in business. LOL @ AXPW and its 34 cents per share.
... I'm not willing to give 50:1 odds...
We could do it as one comment.

We give up John.
You are right.
After 23 articles arguing why Elon will fail, the reasons you have stated above have convinced us all that Tesla is doomed.

PS.
We have all asked for refunds, sold our Roadsters and stock and will tell others to read your advice from here on out
Will he accept 50:1 odds and back that up with real money to be held by a third party? I'd put down some money on that.
You have my permission to harass him using my name in any way possible since I can't. :biggrin:We could do it as one comment.

Petersen uses trouble at Knight Capital to breed fear about Tesla: Knight Capital Group: An Object Lesson In Emergency Financing - Seeking Alpha
Why does Peterson have such a vendetta against Tesla? ...
Petersen is just the flye in the ointment.
