Any activity at Coffeyville, KS?

I just saw the following pop up on Plugshare.

The description says "supercharger", the plug type says CCS. No photos or other info.

The town isn't on either Tesla or ElectrifyAmerica's map.

I thought the locals might know where to look!

Seems like an unlikely place for a supercharger. Probably a mistake entry.
