The video is from 2017 so it's bit old. But this is a demo car that Mercedes was apparently showing off at CES. The system is L2 with lane keeping and adaptive cruise control. It uses a touch button on the steering wheel that you touch with your finger to show you are holding the wheel instead of tugging it like Tesla. The nags are frequent, around every 10 seconds.
The only novel feature is that the car will make turns based on map data. So if your turn is coming up, you hit the turn signal and based on the map, the car will automatically slow down and make the turn. But Marques says that it missed a turn when he tried it, probably because the maps were not up to date.
