Any electric companies that allow for an EV rate with solar (MD)

I currently have BGE as my electric company. Unfortunately they won’t give me a discounted rate for EV charging because I have solar panels. Does anyone know any electric companies that allow for solar and discounted EV charging? Located in the Baltimore area. Thanks!

Nope. Pepco seems to be the same. Can’t get special rates if you are already net metering. Bummer...
