Any ideas on cause of rattle (at low speed18mph) in front driver side wheel well?

I am getting this weird continuous rattle at ~18-20 mph from the drivers side wheel well.
It goes away as i lower the speed to 15 and or increase to 25mph.

Mine is at a specific speed band of ~20moh.

I had a very similar rattle coming from the front wheel, except in my case it was on the passenger side. Like yours, this rattle was only present when driving straight at low speeds, like in parking lots. It was not audible at higher speeds or in turns. The front right-hand stabilizer bar link assembly was replaced and the rattle was eliminated.
