Any Recommendation on Leather Conditioner / Cleaner ?

So I used WEIMAN Leather Conditioning wipes on my Model X vegan leather seats started to feel like something did feel right and here am I am... should I worry? Is there something I should do to remove the coating? Contains :d-limone, Methyl paraben, linalool, and citral. Should I wipe it down water or let it be? PLEASE ADVISE
