Any recommendations for foot well lighting

Looking for an foot well lighting kit that stays on while driving and shuts off automatically when car is off. Something that looks and behaves like it would if it was OEM.

i use amazon $10 kit, hook up to cig socket. that will shut off when you off

That would be a great idea but my cigarette socket has constant power and won't turn off, unless I missed something.

yeah, cig power socket will go sleep after you lock the door.

Anyone have a DIY writeup on panels to remove to run a wire from the cigarette lighter to the top of the windshield for a radar detector?

yeah, cig power socket will go sleep after you lock the door.

it actually still has power sentry mode will keep car awake.
