Not without just decoupling it from your profile. Good feature idea though!

You can hit the STOP button when it begins to move, as a workaround.

Maybe set up an additional profile and name it "backseat" and do not pair it the easy entry option.

My easy entry moves the steering wheel only for that exact reason.

I have a separate profile for me with someone behind me. 6'6" tall here so otherwise they would not fit. That profile is not linked to EasyEntry. BUT my phone normally selects my normal profile (the one with no room behind me), so that has to be changed as well. Last time I did all of this, traveling with friends, there were some side issues with the phone key that I haven't run down yet.
