Anybody else get invite for UC Davis study?

Just got this email from UC Davis on EV and Fuel Cell Vehicle Study:

Dear Electric Vehicle Owner,

You are invited to participate in a research study because you have received a rebate from the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP). However, your participation is completely voluntary. Researchers at UC Davis would like your help to understand how satisfaction with electric and fuel cell vehicles is impacted by vehicle usage, charging/fueling, and infrastructure in order to improve policies, products and services for electric and fuel cell vehicles. If you would like to participate in this voluntary survey, or are interested in being part of a more in depth study which would include monetary compensation, see the invitation below.

I have a vague recollection of completing the survey. The link provided in the email from last year is now dead so I can't access it anymore. Was your invitation an email or snail mail?
